Hey Ethan, firstly, great post!

Once you've already created your Docker container, uploaded it to GCR then to GCE and have it running. What do you then do in order to make an update to that running image?

It seems that every time I try and repeat the steps, GCE wants to create a new VM and not upload the latest image over the top of the existing image.

I can't seem to find any (obvious) tutorials on how to do this either so any help would be much appreciated.
